Hit The Market
With the paperwork and marketing assets in hand, we are ready to hit the market. You'll be listed on your regional MLS, as well as national services like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, and more for no additional fees! We will also provide you with a yard sign and regular updates on the market.
Offers, Appraisals, and Inspections
Your licensed listing concierge will inform you promptly when you receive an offer on your home and set up a time to walk through the details. We'll guide you through the appraisal and inspection processes and ensure you fully understand the offer. You'll have total freedom to decide whether to accept, decline, or counter. Your concierge will execute the necessary paperwork on your behalf.
Close!
Woo! We have made it through appraisal and inspection and you are now given a closing date! Your closing location will be local, and your listing concierge will be joining you in person to make sure their are no hitches at the closing table!
